indian portal of world cinema and students' film festival

There is an Indian portal of world cinema which is typed dear cinema and read clear cinema. so I see all kind of twisted portal names. you see, how tough is to get a desired domain name. I don't know how come every thinkable and sensible names have already been booked.(someone really making money out of domain names)

I saw and ad about 'work in progress short-films contest' on NDTV. I thought it was NDTV venture but it turned out to be cell-18 who is funding the younger generation ideas.some good intentions @ work.
