Specially how new generation of Indians are using digital platforms like Instagram and Twitter in creative ways. I had downloaded Snapchat long time back but never got down to use it. My sister's kids use it all the time and so 2-3 month back I started to respond to their snaps. It is full of video filters and illustrated avatar. Creating and customising the avatar was fun. It has a huge numbers of variables available to make your avatar look like you...(at-least, the way you imagine yourself). It was delightful experience when I was typing a reply to a chat... as soon as I typed hi... It suggested many stickers with my avatar saying hi... also there were stickers with the friend's avatar.  I guess that's why Bitmoji are so popular. Recently, I discovered the new Bitmoji TV feature in Snapchat. It's fascinating to see your cartoon self featuring in animated episodes. Washing hands thoroughly for 20 seconds with soap and water is suggested in awareness campaigns of COVID-19. apart from it we should add few more points regarding hands hygiene. 1- please avoid long nails during these times. 2- if you wear rings and ornaments in your fingers please, remove them and wash your hands... plus sanitize your rings (अंगूठी) as well. 3- same goes for bracelets, wrist bands, kada etc. * People who chew their nails and kids who suck on their thumbs need to be extra careful. hope this helps! static illustration of check list for hand hygiene during COVID-19 lockdown Hope this series of GIFs regarding hand hygiene will be useful. September beginning Motorola introduced it's TV ... and in the September end OnePlus is about to launch its Television. It seems many mobile phone manufacturers are now keen on innovating Television and expand their market beyond the heavy competition of mobile segment.  This is a good news for TV, as all the traditional OEMs have been focusing on mostly screen display and size, it's time when newer players come into this arena and emphasise more on user experience. TV consumers is exposed to using smartphones, laptops and when they reach to TV it lags behind in the expected experience and power.  Their remote with built in Google assistant and USB slot. The USB slot... I am guessing... it maybe for charging the remote +  connecting the phone for faster media share or inputs. Specially, their integration of text and touch inputs via mobile phone. The very 1st impression looking at the image is similar for me as well. It's difficult to gauge actual experience just by looking at the image but one can guess a few things. ● It seems they have put down maximum amount of interaction on hard key of remote for instant action/control instead of on-screen moving around. ● This approach could be well versed with the audience who is already using multi buttons remote and...not just 1 but 2 because... another one comes along with set top box (STB)... which usually takes over the TV remote. ● or I might just be wrong... the number of buttons and ...

Today I was surprised by dribbble's 404 error page. They have used this space to their advantage. We have seen cute and amusing error pages but dribbble's page not just full-fills required need but engages the user, further to explore the content dribbble is known for.... shots. 1- informing user that the link or page you are looking for no longer exists. 2- Not a dull or blank tone. + Invites user to try colour slider and see the shots populated in the form of 404. if anything catches your fancy you can click the shot thumbnail and directly go to the work. it cut shorts the loading/logging journey for the user who drifted to dribbble site by chance. some people might be in need of specific result... so they have given a text search bar. hmm.. delighted by design! created a GIF to show how it works try this link:  https://dribbble.com/shots/3856128-1/attachments/874023 UPDATE: Hi people, the link above only seem to work on Desktop/Laptop so try it there.....

Recently nike used some clever TVC using action packed stylised 2D animation. these ads really hit the target. in such a short duration only animation can convey so much. In my earlier version of post there were links to those videos, now they have taken down them from YouTube. the series was called  HYPERVENOM and the agency was BUCK.
