There is an Indian portal of world cinema which is typed dear cinema and read clear cinema. so I see all kind of twisted portal names. you see, how tough is to get a desired domain name. I don't know how come every thinkable and sensible names have already been booked.(someone really making money out of domain names) I saw and ad about 'work in progress short-films contest' on NDTV. I thought it was NDTV venture but it turned out to be cell-18 who is funding the younger generation ideas.some good intentions @ work.

It has got a good amount of graphic resources. Though, there are a few drawbacks which can get users frustrating that your created work or piece is restricted only on wix server. If you need to put is on your personal page than you don't have the .swf file So you have no choice but to use their embedded code. you can not upload your own video or flash work.It only allows pics n sound files Anyway, it's a great start of good product.

It seems in recent times every one is changing or updating their corporate identity. I see a lot more freshness in the enhanced visual quality. May be it is because of the digital revolution. It gives much more control and options to choose. Though, I don't see same thing applied to government establishments. India post tried it but they could not implement it in its entirety. As we know Indian postal department is not going in profits so changing visual identity at such juncture was undesirable. Since we know it's an expensive process. First of all, I find the old logo much more appealing than the new one; even if they did it could have been a lot better the one they changed to. Enhancement of visual identity is one thing but customer is also looking for the kind of enhanced services as you are projecting in your visual identity. There are a few who are actually catering enhanced services as well.

It has become a routine for me now. I can not fall a sleep before 2:30 am. I know it's not just the metro life there is something more to it but I am not able to pin-point the actual cause. is it smoking or frustration at office? it's very unlikely, I am not honest here again.

I designed this character to feature in a game design competition but it ended used up in many other unintended products. Rahul Singh and me were supposed to make a web game for Mochiads game design competition . I named this character Mr.Rex.

Every one in media and many of my friends are of opinion that american comics giant Virgin and Shekhar Kapur have done good to bring out the Indian characters and stories to the world masses and made it pop. But french have done it quietly and in more suave way. I came accross a comic series by french publication casterman. I was surprised to see the quality of its art work. what, I want that never happens. I wished that I will never have to go to Gurgaon and slog in the damned place. But my battered luck brought in to work here without giving me any choice. I hate the place. It is harsh in every way. The people, the weather n everything which matters to a sensitive person. I have started smoking more and drink more often as I want to. The stress is killing me. I don't feel brave enough to face the reality. I feel left out in the race. all my friends,classmates and batch mates are well settled. I think, my life just started n I am too old to compete. Is this just my case or there are other people who feel the same? I am posting this in a very depressed n drunken mood. i am feeling very conscious to publish it. but what the heck! my life has already become senseless n shameful so here I go and push the button.

मैं काफी दिनों से इस बारे मे एक पोस्ट लिखना चाहता था ! पिछ्ले साल जब मैं मुम्बई गया तो फोर्ट एरिया से मुझे कुछ इरविंग स्टोन के उपन्यास मिल गए ! उनमे से एक उपन्यास देप्थ्स ऑफ़ ग्लोरी था जो कि कामिल्ले पिस्सर्रो के जीवन के बारे मे है ! इस उपन्यास ने मेरे उदास मन मे उत्साह का संचार किया! काश मे भी पिस्सर्रो कि भांति स्थितियों से मुकाबला कर जीवन मे कुछ कर दिखाऊ ! कितनी सरलता और सचाई है ! यह उनके चित्रों मे साफ झलकता है ! उनके जीवन की झलक के लिए यह वेब लिंक देखें : http://www।artgallery.nsw.gov.au/sub/pissarro/

I have been a big fan of Belgian comic series Lucky Luke. I just love the drawings style and treatment of the premise. humor is sophisticated but you know how the french humor is. I think this comics has the best caricatured horses and guns which I have seen, If we leave Asterix out of the competition.
